PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY EXTRA GUEST WITH YOU. THEY WILL HAVE TO WAIT IN THE CAR OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING. IF YOU ARE ILL WITH A COLD, SNIFFLES OR ETC. PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE TRANSFERRED! If you arrive ill, I will be forced to decline service and your deposit will NOT be transferred! As a Stylist, my sick days are limited and there’s no one available to cover my shift. Thanks a lot for your understanding.
- Once you arrive, your temperature will be taken. If your temperature is over the suggested body temp, we will have NO choice but to reschedule your appointment 20 days from that DAY.
- You are allowed to reschedule your appointment ONE time. After that, another deposit is required.
- HAIR is NOT included with booking prices!
- Pictures and videos are taken of my finished work. They may or may not be posted to my social media. By booking, you are in full agreement to be photographed. Come Picture Ready!
You must mail or drop off your Bundles, Frontals, Wigs, or Closures Sunday - Tuesday the week of your appointment so that your hair can be treated, customized and wefts sealed before the install. If you do not, a same day customization fee of $65 will be added and all payment must be paid up front.

$22.00 Deposits are required and non refundable.
$20.00 will go towards your service. $2.00 is a booking convenience fee that is not applied to your appointment. The remaining balance is due at time of service. It may be paid via cash credit/debit or cashapp (TAXES WILL BE ADDED FOR ALL PAYMENTS OTHER THAN CASH).
- No Show will result in a 100% full charge of the booked service.
- Canceling less than 24hrs you will be charged for 50% of booked service.
- If your card is declined when you need to be charged for NO SHOW or LATE CANCELLATION, you will be blocked from booking again until that fee is covered.
LATE FEE will be added for the first 15 mins of $35. After 15 minutes you will be rescheduled.

Your are responsible for being prepared for your appointment. If you arrive unprepared, you will be charged.
Purchasing Hair Before Appointment
- If you need hair for your appointment, please shop our On Hand Products and it will be ready the day of your appointment. Select Pick up in store
- PLEASE order your hair 14-21 business days before your appointment if you’re not shopping in the On Hand Collection. We only restock every Friday and shipping has been delayed due to COVID-19.
- FRONTALS ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE!!! Please research or book a consultation about frontals before booking. Frontals are design to last 1-2 weeks before a maintenance is needed. FRONTALS ARE VERY HIGH MAINTENANCE. You will need to be prepared to book an maintenance within a few weeks after receiving an install. I don’t install any lace pieces that was customized by someone else. I will reinstall lace that was customized by me ONLY!
- If you do not comply with these guidelines, your appointment will be canceled (your deposit will not be returned or transferred).
Drop Off Services
The Dropbox outside the salon is available if I am not there. Remove all boxes and extra packing. Just drop the hair in the clear bags it. If you have more than 1 item, rubber band them together before dropping. Include your name and phone number on the packages.
Also be aware, Simplee Slayyed will not be held responsible for your hair when dropping it off. Use the Dropbox at your own risk!
